The spices come from different regions of India , where they are grown locally by small farmers , following traditional methods passed down from generation to generation. Each plant grows in its natural environment, respecting the seasonal cycles, climate, and soil that enhance its aroma, color, and intensity.
Harvesting is done by hand , at the peak of ripeness, to preserve the organoleptic qualities of each spice. After harvesting, the spices are dried naturally and processed on site , without the use of additives or invasive industrial processes, maintaining their purity.
